Then, she takes a step back after picking up the wooden spoon and, Merlin, she feels ridiculous having to do this without her actual wand. She points the end of the spoon toward their mugs and, with a skillful flick of her wrist, clearly incantates. )

( A blue-colored light issues from the end of the spoon and the steam coming up from both of the mugs suddenly falls away.
Setting the spoon down, Hermione moves back to the counter and touches the side of her mug. Still plenty warm, just not boiling any longer. A satisfied smirk crosses her lips and she lifts the mug before looking back at Isaac. )
